Refund & Cancellation Policy

Open your account page and tap Cancel subscription. It takes effect immediately: no further payment is taken and the recurring mandate is revoked with the payment gateway. You keep access to readings you have already generated.

• The ₹1 introductory charge is non-refundable, as access is granted immediately.
• If you are charged ₹499 after cancelling, or charged twice in error, write to us and we will refund it in full.
• If the service failed and you received no reading for a billing period, we will refund that period on request.
• Refunds are not generally given for a change of mind mid-month, since readings are delivered immediately on request.

Email [email protected] from your registered address, or include your registered mobile number, within 7 days of the charge. We acknowledge within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show the credit.

If a renewal fails, your subscription is paused rather than cancelled and we will notify you. Update your payment method to resume. We do not charge any late fee.
